Located 4 miles south of JB Langley-Eustis. The park is located on historic battlegrounds of the Civil War and is open 1 Mar- 1 Nov. The park is surrounded by a 2 mile lake with some of the best freshwater fishing in the area. There are three piers and lots of shoreline to fish.
Jon Boats with motors, Paddle Boats, Canoes, and Kayaks are available for rental Saturday, Sunday and holidays. The Bethel Park Boat Ramp is open. Patrons can walk through the gate to use fishing pier.
There are five large pavilions with grills available for rent, and playgrounds located close to most pavilions.
There is no charge for fishing on Langley Air Force Base.
We inform all fishing requests that they need a Virginia fishing license.
We inform all fishermen to obey all the restricted / off-limits signs on the base.
We inform all fishermen of the Size and Possession Limits for Virginia / via the cards from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission.
