Winter Crossbow Games 

Friday, January 17 from 0730-1400

Event will kick off with a 1.5 mile run before the tournaments begin!

Registration is open!

Earn Points for your squadron and a chance at winning the Commander’s Cup by competing in multiple events! 

Multiple teams per squadron per event are permitted.

Each squadron member may participate in one-day event only.

Connection Carnival

JBLE Helping Agencies will be participating in the Winter Crossobw Games 2025. They will be providing information and giveaways to attendees! 

Squadron Leadership – you don’t want to miss this opportunity to visit each booth and win additional points to help your squadron in the crossbow competition! 

Family Feud: Members will need a team of 4 to play, event is scored as a team event so 100pts is the max. Location for the event will be at Shellbank Fitness Center, Racquetball Courts. While participation with Connection Carnival is scored as individual. To sign up search for “Connection Carnival” section here. 

 

Tournament Game Lineup

Registration deadline – January 10,2025

4 X 200M Relay Run

Time: 8:00-8:30 AM

Location: Shellbank Fitness Center Outdoor Track 

Team run! Four-person team relay for 400m.  Each team member will run in a relay race around track.

Volleyball

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: Shellbank Fitness Center

Co-ed teams of 6-12; 6-on-6 Volleyball. Single Elimination, Two-set matches are two sets, first to 25 points and a third set to 15 points if needed. The first team to win two sets is the winner of the match.

 

2-Person Golf Tournament

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: Eaglewood Golfcourse

2-Person Capitains Choice. Both partners will hit each shot and the best shot will count each time. Tee off, whoever’s ball goes the farthest, both partners will hit from that spot the next time. The lowest overall score is the winner.  

Heavy Lift Competition

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: ACC Fitness Center

3 member team! Lifters are allowed to submit up to three attempts for each lift. All three lifts must be performed in the sequence of Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift – 1 Lift Max

Bowling

Time: 9:00AM- 2:00PM

Location: Langley Lanes Bowling Alley

2-person teams face off for overall points and best score after 10 frames. Up to 3 games possibly.

3V3 Basketball

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: Dorms Basketball Court

Weather permitting event!! Half-court games are played with three on each team. Teams will start and end with a minimum of 2 players. Max of 5 players per team. Best 2 out of 3 games, played to 15 points. Scoring is 1s and 2s.

Gamer Bus

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: Shellbank Fitness Center

Smash Bros Tournament!

Pickleball

Time: 9:00AM – 2:00PM

Location: ACC Fitness Center

Mixed Doubles, 2 out of 3 games to 11 points – must win by 2.

Cornhole

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: ACC Fitness Center

Official Cornhole rules and regulations of the American Cornhole Association (ACA). The number of registered teams will determine the tournament format. Each team will consist of two players. 

Indoor Triathlon

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: Shellbank Fitness Center

Individual event, members will compete in modified timed triathlon. Players will compete in 3 separate events for max distance points (upright bike, rower, treadmill run). Total Time per heat would be 22 mins, longest distance wins.

Table Tennis

Time: 9:00AM-2:00PM

Location: Langley USO, Behind Burger King

Members will play table tennis doubles; two opponents will compete against a different set of opponents. Players will serve diagonally to their opponents first to 21 points. Alternating each side every 5 serves. Bracket style play, best top 6 teams.

  • Teams will be scored by Squadron population: Large Squadron Winner and Small Squadron Winner
  • Members must sign up under Squadron / Units to receive points
  • C2C added to team events/added to individual participation points
