Jaritza Roldan | Personal Trainer

Hey everyone! I’m Jaritza Roldan, a wife, a mom of two, and a personal trainer in Hampton, VA. I have dedicated myself to helping others make health and fitness possible through small changes in their lifestyle choices. As far as I can remember, I have always maintained an active lifestyle. At the age of 22, I joined the US Navy, where my passion for helping others through fitness was born. I began helping sailors, and training groups who needed an extra push to make it through their fitness assessments. In 2017, I got pregnant and gained 65 lbs which left me feeling depressed and isolated. I worked really hard, lost all the weight but was left with very little muscle definition, even though I was strength training daily. I decided to learn about nutrition and healthy ways to lose weight that didn’t involve hours of cardio, or going to bed hungry. In 2021, I got pregnant with my second child and I gained 65lbs again, but this time, I knew how to lose weight without compromising my muscle-mommy goals. Today, I am stronger and healthier than I was when I was in High School and look better than I did before I had my kids.

My love of fitness and nutrition led me to earn a BA in Sports and Health Science from AMU, get certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and corrective exercise specialist through NASM. I have helped people of all ages and fitness levels become stronger, healthier versions of themselves and I can do the same for you! Whether you just want to shed a few pounds, want to get stronger, or just want to feel your best, I can help you get there! I have competed in bikini bodybuilding and have helped many women find that push they needed to make themselves a priority because healthy and happy momma=healthy and happy family.

Langley Group Fitness Classes 

  • Power Pump: A one-hour strength training class combining traditional moves like squats, lunges, and presses with full-body, functional exercises using barbells, weight plates, and steps. Open to all fitness levels.

  • Cycling: A 55-minute cardio, strength, and endurance workout with adjustable resistance and speed. Set to motivating music, it improves heart, lung, and leg strength.

  • Kickboxing: A 30-minute, high-energy class using MMA-inspired moves, including Boxing, Muay Thai, and Karate techniques. It enhances cardio, strength, and coordination.

  • Core: A 25-minute program targeting the front, sides, and back of the core. It improves strength, posture, and mobility using body weight, steps, and weight plates.

  • Prenatal Training: A 60-minute class designed for all stages of pregnancy, focusing on stamina, balance, and flexibility with low-impact interval and strength training.

  • Re-Boot: A 60-minute full-body workout for strength, stamina, and flexibility. Uses free weights and fitness drills. Great for all fitness levels, including postpartum wellness.

  • Zumba: A dance fitness class blending Latin and world rhythms with low- and high-intensity moves. It offers a total-body cardio and strength workout.

  • Yoga: Includes various styles (from Gentle Restorative to Vinyasa Power Flow) to improve mobility, strength, and mindfulness. Suitable for all experience levels with modifications provided.

  • Fit Force: A 60-minute high-intensity class combining strength and cardio using Olympic weightlifting, TRX straps, kettlebells, sleds, and more. Scalable for all fitness levels.

Mizani Fitness Massage

Mizani Fitness provides onsite Government Health and Wellness Programs at military installations.

Mizani Fitness Massage Therapy Program is available at Langley Air Force Base located within the Shellbank Fitness Center. Authorized patrons of Langley Air Force Base are eligible to book massage therapy appointments.
