Pick your plywood at Outdoor Rec starting November 2nd!
Card display is set for December 2nd – January 6th between Memorial Park and Dodd Circle.
INSTALL YOUR CARD NOVEMBER 30TH FROM 0800 – 1000 | PICKUP TRUCKS ARE REQUIRED TO TRANSPORT PLYWOOD DUE TO ITS SIZE | CE WILL BE ON HAND TO ASSIST WITH INSTALLATION | ALL INSTALLATIONS NEED TO BE MADE DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME ONLY!
1ST place: $125 gift card | 2ND place: $50 gift card | 3RD prize: $25 gift card
RULES & REGULATIONS
- Open to all!
- Cards may be horizontal or vertical, but must not exceed 4’x8′.
- Themes MUST be consistent with Air Force and JBLE cultural standards of military professionalism and promote a climate of respect and dignity.
- Weatherproof your card.
- Add-ons, cutouts and moving parts are allowed.
- No specific religious denomination. No live plants or animals.
- Must RSVP with the REC by November 16th.
- Only one plywood sheet per squadron allowed.
- ODR is only open for pickup Monday thru Friday from 0900 to 1700.
- Pickup Trucks are required to transport plywood due to its size.
- If your card requires power, it must be supplied by a self-contained battery, there will be no power available.
- Print POC and phone number on the back of the card.
- Judging will take place December 3 – 17 on Langley AFB Community

- All cards must be removed by January 6 or they will be disposed of by FSS
