Mindful Journaling Workshop

In partnership with the Muse Writers Center, learn how to use journaling as a tool for self-awareness, stress reduction, and inner peace. No writing experience needed – just an open mind and a willingness to explore! This workshop is perfect for families with deployed service members and anyone who wants to be more mindful.
