Show Rules & Requirements

  • Vehicle owners may register up to 5 vehicles. Any additional vehicles will be at the discretion of the show coordinators. All vehicles and drivers must be included on the preregistration form to participate in the show. Please complete the preregistration form and send it to kimani.gordon@us.af.mil.
  • Preregistration deadline is Monday, 17 June 2024. There is no on-site registration. Unregistered vehicles will not be permitted to participate. All participants requesting base access will be notified of approval by Monday, 1 July 2024. Registration payment will open on EventBrite on Monday, 1 July 2024.
  • All vehicles in the show area must be registered car show participants.
  • All vehicle owners must have a current driver’s license.
  • All guests must have current driver’s licenses or federal/state identification. Owners are allowed two registered guests, and these guests must be included on the preregistration form.
  • All participants and guests must adhere to all base rules and regulations on traffic and personal conduct.
  • Any excessive noise or fumes that disturb others is prohibited.
  • No bicycles, skates, or skateboards will be allowed in the show area.
  • Once a space has been assigned, swapping spaces is not allowed.
  • All personal property must be secured in such a manner as to prevent damage or injury to others.
  • All vehicles are subject to search at the request of Security Forces personnel upon request. Failure to comply with show and base rules and regulations may result in a participant being requested to leave the event and installation.
  • No illicit drugs. Note: Though legal in Virginia, marijuana is prohibited on all military installations.
