Benchuary: Benchpress Competition

Participate all day at Shellbank Fitness Center or ACC Fitness Center.
Males will bench their body weight. Females will bench half their body weight. Males and females from each age group with the most reps will be awarded prizes.
Frontdesk will weigh participants & count treps.
