Back 2 Basics: Active Duty Fitness Program

An eight-week guided training program led by physical training instructors that includes a variety of energy, strength, and cardio routines. Accompanied by nutritional guidance and tracking.
Open to all active duty military 17+. Class sign-up deadline is the Wednesday before the start of class.
